PROJECT REGULATIONS!!!
I. General Rules

The order and organization of this project revolve around these rules, and measures and decisions are made in accordance with them.

These rules are based on morality and common sense.
II. Importance of Rules
The objective of the rules is to ensure the order and proper functioning of the game, to reduce problems, and to protect the rights of players.
III. Guaranteeing Justice

A 'judged' player can only be punished based on the application of the rules.

When administrative measures are applied, actions that degrade the dignity of the player are not permitted.
IV. Restrictions
The following are forbidden on the server:

The use of any type of codes or 3rd party programs that give you a considerable advantage over other players.

Monitoring (transmitting enemy positions through communication channels).

Insulting players, spamming (also applies to voice-chat).

Advertising, calling players to other servers, regardless of the purpose.

Copying admin nicknames.

Using in-game, map, or plugin bugs, thus causing an unpleasant game for other connected players.
V. Penalties Applied for:
Codes
Any program, model, script (macro/alias) that provides considerable advantages in the game is FORBIDDEN on the server. If the use of such aids is proven, it will be punished with a PERMANENT BAN, using an adequate reason.
Insults
Insulting players is strictly FORBIDDEN!

Insults not addressed to players - GAG up to 10 minutes (do not sanction 'plm', 'cacat', or any other similar expression; differentiate slightly colorful language from offensive language).

Insults directed at a player - GAG for 1 hour.

Insults directed at an admin - GAG between 1 hour / one day.

Insults directed at a player's relative - GAG 1 day / BAN 24 hours.

Discussions related to politics / religion / sexual orientation / racism - GAG up to 1 day.

Monitoring - GAG for 10 minutes.
-
Copying admin nicks - Nickname change / BAN for 10 minutes.
-
Repeated offenses (3 or more) of points 1, 2, 3, 6 - GAG 1 day.
Spam/Advertising
Intentional advertising and discussions with the purpose of luring players to another server - PERMANENT BAN.
Others
-
Swearing on the microphone - GAG up to 1 hour.

Spamming, arguing with admins - GAG for 10 minutes.

Camping - warn, slap, slay.

Climbing on texture - warn, kick, BAN for 10 minutes.

Bypass ban - PERMANENT BAN on SUBNET (Report to one of the founders).

Using - in-game, map, or plugin bugs - warn, kick, BAN for 10 minutes.
It is forbidden to argue with the admin on the server! If you do not agree with their actions, you can create a complaint in the appropriate section on the forum.
Admin Regulations
VI. Admin Rights and Obligations
The admin is the face of the server! The admin's behavior must meet moral standards. The admin must ensure a pleasant environment on chat/voice and order in the game. They must not use provocative words either in chat or in their nickname. An admin's actions must not put other admins in a negative light or ruin the server's reputation.
Admins are obligated to respect the server rules, as well as to ensure that they are respected by players, but they also have the right to apply sanctions when the rules are violated. When a BAN is applied for a rule violation, admins are obligated to save a demo that justifies their decision. Admins must visit the server's forum regularly (at least once a day). Admins do not have the right to change the map at their own discretion or at the request of a player. The map is changed based on the vote of all players connected to the server. EXCEPTION: If there are few players on the server (fewer than 20) and there is no possibility of increasing the number of players, then the admin has the right to change the map without a vote to de_dust2 .
5. Admins are not allowed to threaten players in any way.
6. Founders have the right to apply sanctions for rule violations, change server settings, apply certain changes to the server to improve gameplay, and change decisions related to sanctions without prior notice.
VII. Admin Responsibilities

The following sanctions will be applied for failure to fulfill admin duties:

First offense - warning

Second offense - suspension of admin access for 3 days

Offense more than 3 times - Suspension of admin access for 1 month.

If the admin is absent from the server for a long period (1 month) without a good reason, without prior notice, they will receive a warning for the first time. The second time, access will be removed. Valid reasons are: lack of internet / PC access or technical issues, family problems, illness, vacation.

It is strictly forbidden for an admin to have access to other classic servers at the same time. If they are caught by a founder, their access will be suspended immediately, without discussion.

Founders can decide to sanction an admin if signs of rule violation are observed based on repeated complaints from players or other admins.

Admins are obligated to vote daily for the server on the links presented in the topic 'Vote daily for the server' and to leave a reply.

In the event of an unban request/complaint, you have 24 hours to post the evidence; otherwise, the player will be unbanned and you will be sanctioned.

Commands on yourselves are forbidden. Commands between admins are permitted in accordance with rank. A higher rank can execute a command on a lower rank, not the other way around. Exceptions:

If an admin starts banning all players and admins on the server, then you have the right to ban them and urgently notify a founder.

If an admin is present in the game but inactive and is hindering the game or occupying a slot, you can use the /spec or /kick commands on them. (For the amx_kick command, the reason should also be added so that the respective admin can see why they were kicked when they return to the PC).

Threatening players is forbidden.

It is forbidden to execute the kick command on AFK players when the server is not full and between the hours of 02:00 - 10:00.

The abusive transfer of players from one team to another is forbidden (this is why Team Balance exists).

Admins have the duty to post in admin/slot applications, giving PRO or CONTRA along with an adequate reason.

Do not abuse the amx_say / amx_tsay / amx_csay commands; these should only be used for game-related announcements.

Borrowing or using an access by another person is forbidden. Otherwise, the violation of this rule will be punished with REMOVAL.

The question "Have you read the regulations?" required for an admin application will be answered with "Probabil xxx," where "xxx" represents the first 3 digits of the ID. Otherwise, the application will be rejected, and you can apply again after at least 48 hours.

Admins are obligated to regularly participate in meetings on TeamSpeak which will be announced in advance on the Forum/Telegram/Whatsapp.

All admins have the duty to help players if they have clarifications regarding the server, forum, VIP purchase, applications, etc.
-
No ban is given for retrying after gag; the gag remains even after retry or map change. If the player changes their IP/SteamID and bypasses the gag, you are obligated to immediately notify a founder.

Demos must contain a minimum of 3 rounds (exception for cases where the hack is clear), otherwise, you will be sanctioned with a warning.

If you need to cast a vote, check the last maps played by typing /harti in chat, as well as the maps nominated by players, marked in the menu with a star.

Any ECD requested from a player must be obligatorily accompanied by a demo in which you can show what made you ask the player for wargods. For 3 inconclusive demos, the admin will be sanctioned based on a complete lack of knowledge of codes.

If the player is currently clean but has a stained history OR uses suspicious cfg files of unusual sizes, the following procedure will be applied:

The deletion of the cfg files in question is requested. If the player agrees, they will be allowed to play, and the other admins will be notified of the situation on telegram/forum, and in the next 2 weeks, the player will be checked much more often. If after this period the player no longer uses the respective files, they will be marked as clean. If the player is caught after being asked to delete the cfg files, then they will be PERMANENTLY banned. Also, if the player refuses to delete the cfg files when asked, they will be PERMANENTLY banned.

IMPORTANT: IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO BAN PLAYERS ONLY BECAUSE THE TEST IS "RED / SUSPECT ." IF THE PLAYER IS SUSPICIOUS, THE TEST RESULT MUST BE PUBLISHED IN THE STAFF ONLY SECTION. BE CAREFUL WITH THE AFK KICKER PLUGIN WHEN YOU REQUEST an Easy Cheat Detector "ECD," PREFERABLY LEAVING THE PLAYER ON THE TEAM. IF THEY GET KICKED FROM THE SERVER AND COME BACK, IT'S NOT A PROBLEM; IN the Easy Cheat Detector "ECD," YOU CAN SEE WHEN THE CS WAS OPENED. Use the amx_showip command to see the country the suspect is playing from, and if they are not familiar with code scanning, make sure they know what Easy Cheat Detector is before starting the procedure.

Players cannot send the Easy Cheat Detector link through say/say_team from the console, so you will have to go to https://fungun.net/ecd/list/ and check "Last Scans" until their report appears. You can check the player's ECD history beforehand to get an idea of what kind of player you are dealing with, if they know what ECD is or not, and so on, on the site https://fungun.net/ecd/.

No upgrade will be requested on the server/forum/TeamSpeak; activity will be reviewed by a founder on the first day of each month.

The night schedule starts at 02:00 and ends at 10:00; during this time, only the map de_dust2 , de_inferno will be played.

Restart is set by default at 100 rounds.

Unban/admin/complaint requests will be left open for a minimum of 24h from opening or a minimum of 5 replies.

The slap/slay commands for not respecting the map objective are given only in the last 30 seconds of the round and with great attention to the player's position (Example: do not slap/slay if the player is very close to the bomb and has enough time until the end of the round).

The kick command must always be accompanied by a reason. Example: "amx_kick XXX serverfull".

Admins who get their rank through donation as well as those who apply through hours are obligated to know and respect the regulations, and any deviation from them will be sanctioned accordingly. At the time of donation to get admin rank on the server, the player assumes that they have taken note of the regulations and that they can lose the rank without the donated amount being returned.
If you play on our server, you automatically accept the terms of these rules. The server administration is not responsible for your game client.
Changes to the rules are made following the votes of the administrative staff. The final decision is made by the founders.
